Answered every hour of every day
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
The connection costs you nothing
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Alaska require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Anchorage. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
What is not being guaranteed here
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
